OPERATION ROGER

SCOUT #262 a male Lakeland Terrier X 1 y/o 15 lbs, tri-colored like a calico, began his journey with Operation Roger driver Roy H when he met Dr Angie in Longview, TX.

Once again, here is a driver who knew he wasn't going directly to the pet's destination but decided to pick him up anyway. Jim and Scout headed for New Orleans, LA. From there Scout traveled to New Jersey to Mortons Gap,KY, where he met his new family Mike & Cathy who took him on home to Evansville, IN.

Given the chance to repower his first transport, Roy decided he enjoyed having Scout on board and wanted to keep him. The only incident he had was Scout chewed the zipper on his leather jacket. Laughing, Roy said he learned to keep things up out of the way.
